We will have a table under the grandstand at the Crawford County Fair August 21 thru August 27. We will be there to hand out information to the public on what single-payer healthcare is all about. We will also inform people of the legislation that we have in the past put forth in the PA House of Representatives with sponsors we have found. We hope to again find a legislative sponsor to reintroduce our bill, The Pennsylvania Healthcare Plan, in the future. The Pennsylvania Healthcare Plan is not insurance, but our groups' proposed legislation to create a single-payer, universal healthcare system in the state of Pennsylvania. Our table will basically be for discussion with the public based on the literature we will be giving out to educate the public on single-payer healthcare both in Pennsylvania and nationwide.
