Background: "The Marcellus Shale Coalition, part of the most powerful fossil fuel lobby in the US, is hosting its annual conference at Erie's Bayfront Convention Center Sept 22-24. The 3,200 acre data center being built in Homer city, outside Pittsburgh, will be the largest gas-fired plant in the US.
