One Saturday about 15 years ago I did a temp assignment at a local farm. Most of the workers were Mexicans, here on a work visa. There was another American temp there, he angrily quit at lunch time saying "I'm an American! I'm not doing this shit work!" I lasted the full day but was frankly relieved when they said they said they weren't calling the two American women back. ~deb
